Please discuss extra time with the catering manager in advance | Gratuity- The per person price is not inclusive of gratuity. Recommended gratuity for private events is recommended at 20%. The suggested gratuity is included in the invoice unless you request to have it removed | Deposit– A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to reserve your tables for a private event | Minimum Guest Count– Final guest count must be confirmed 3 days prior to the event.
